The fee follows a high-water mark and applies to the strategies you deployed through Signal Grove — nothing else in the account.

  1. 01

    High-water mark

    Your previous peak is the baseline. After a drawdown, the account has to recover past that peak before any fee applies again.

  2. 02

    Deployed profit only

    Passive holdings and idle collateral are excluded. Only profit produced by strategies you deployed counts toward the fee.

  3. 03

    20% of the gain

    Settled per your client agreement against verified account results. Grove Core has no success fee at all.

  4. If 10% of the account is deployed and 90% sits in spot BTC, a rally in that BTC is not charged. Only the deployed sleeve's new high-water profit is.
