How billing works
When is the platform fee charged?
The $1,000 monthly platform fee is due in advance at the start of each billing period. Access is provisioned once onboarding is complete and billing is set up.
How is the 20% performance fee calculated?
We calculate net new profits above your account high-water mark over the billing period, using exchange-reported fills and positions from your connected account. Losses below the prior high-water mark are not subject to performance fees until recovered.
What if I disconnect or pause?
You can revoke API access at any time. Platform billing stops at the end of the current paid period. Any performance fees owed for profits earned while connected are settled per your client agreement.
Is this an investment product?
No. Signal Grove is a software and execution platform. We do not offer a pooled fund, do not custody assets, and do not guarantee returns. Fees are for platform access and performance-aligned services.
