Not portfolio management

Signal Grove is a software platform that executes user-configured, rule-based strategies via API in exchange accounts you own and control. We do not accept deposits, pool capital, or manage assets on your behalf.

Substantial risk of loss

Trading digital assets involves substantial risk, including the potential for total loss of capital. Systematic strategies do not eliminate risk. Leverage, if used, amplifies both gains and losses, including the risk of liquidation on supported venues. Past performance — whether simulated or live — is not indicative of future results.

Non-custodial execution

Signal Grove provides systematic trading execution logic deployed to exchange accounts you own and control. We do not hold, custody, or take possession of your assets at any time. Deployment requires API access with trade permissions that you grant and may revoke at any time. You retain full control over withdrawals and account settings.

Performance figures

Performance metrics shown on this website are based on historical performance simulations and/or self-reported live data. They have not been independently audited or verified by a third-party fund administrator unless explicitly stated. Individual strategy and portfolio results vary. See our methodology and Grove Portfolio pages for calculation details and disclaimers.

Fees and billing

Platform access is provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page. Current public tiers: Grove Core ($39/month, or $24/mo billed annually) for real-time research with no exchange API / no deploy, and Grove Pro ($129/month, or $79/mo billed annually) for API + live deploy. A 20% success fee applies on Grove Pro to profits from strategies executed by our software, above a portfolio high-water mark — not on passive collateral appreciation. The Pro subscription may be credited against gross performance fees earned in the same calendar month (capped at the gross performance fee; no rollover). Unpaid invoices may suspend paid features until settled.

Strategy library

Strategy profiles, Sharpe ratios, and correlation figures shown on this website are illustrative or based on historical performance simulations. Individual strategy performance varies. Full performance data is available to qualified members upon request.
