01API keys & account access
Why do you require read-only API keys?
Read-only access to the connected account lets us reconcile live positions, calculate the high-water-mark success fee, and show accurate P&L in your terminal. One source of truth, tied to the account where strategies actually run.
What data do you access?
Balances, open positions, order history, and trade fills from the connected venue. We do not request withdrawal permissions. Trade-execution keys are scoped separately and can be revoked independently. We do not access email, banking, or off-venue assets.
Can I forward signals to another account?
No. Each membership is tied to the account verified at onboarding. Relaying, mirroring, or forwarding signals to secondary accounts or third-party relay services is not permitted — it breaks fee calculation and abuses the execution infrastructure.
Can I disconnect at any time?
Yes. Revoke the API keys at the venue and tell us you are pausing. Billing ends at the close of the current paid period; success fees already earned settle per your client agreement.
02Automated execution
How does automated execution work on Signal Grove?
You configure a portfolio in the terminal — collateral mix, strategy weights, leverage caps, risk overlays — and the execution layer places and manages orders against that declarative spec. No discretionary overlay.
Where does the capital sit for a Core or Pro subscription?
In the venue account you connect. Core is research only. On Pro, deployment runs through API keys you issue and can revoke; withdrawal permissions are never requested, and you remain responsible for venue-side security such as IP allowlists and key rotation. Signal Grove does not custody client assets under either plan.
What strategies are available?
A focused production library across digital assets and US equities — Helix, Kinetic Regimes, Stochastic Anchoring, Momentum Lattice, Gravity Well, and Momentum Cascade among them. Every sleeve has a documented record and a live-status indicator, and the composer lets you set portfolio-wide risk limits before you deploy. Calculation details live on the methodology page.
What happens when I click Deploy?
Your portfolio configuration is saved and handed to our deployment pipeline, which compiles strategy bot configs and reconciles target positions against your live account. Initial deployment is assisted during onboarding; subsequent updates follow the same spec-driven process. You can monitor status in the terminal dashboard.
03Fees, risk & eligibility
What are the fees?
Grove Core is $39/month ($24 billed annually) — real-time research, no deploy. Grove Pro is $129/month ($79 billed annually) — API + live deploy. Pro includes a 20% success fee on software-deployed HWM profits. Paid tiers: 30-day trial. Full details on our pricing page.
What is excluded from performance fees?
Passive holdings and collateral you are not actively trading via deployed strategies. Example: if 10% of your portfolio is in strategies and 90% is BTC, a 10% rise in BTC is not subject to the 20% performance fee. Only net new profits attributable to your configured strategy deployment count.
What are the main risks?
Digital asset trading involves substantial risk, including total loss of capital. Leverage amplifies gains and losses. Historical performance is illustrative and not a guarantee of future results. You are responsible for understanding regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction. Signal Grove is a software and execution platform — not an investment product or pooled fund.
Who is Signal Grove for?
Individuals, funds, family offices, advisors, and long-term holders who understand these markets and want systematic deployment. Access may be restricted in certain jurisdictions, and requesting access does not guarantee admission.
Are performance figures audited?
Figures shown on the website and in the composer are based on historical performance simulations or self-reported live data and have not been independently audited unless explicitly stated. Live account P&L in your terminal comes from your connected exchange. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
